Describe your job in 2-3 sentences: I help players in our organization (prospects/draftees, AHLers, NHLers) become more efficient, powerful, agile and dynamic skaters. I work on the finer details/techniques of each individual's skating to help assist in their overall success and, ultimately, the success of the organization.
What was the first career you dreamed of having as a kid?
I think I was 10 or 11 years old when I decided I wanted to be a skating coach. I thrive from being challenged, and helping an athlete develop and reach their goals is full of constant challenges.
What is a quality you admire most in others (personal or professional)?
I admire anyone who has the ability to find a way to make things work. Whether it's resiliency to work through something difficult or using creativity to find a solution to a problem that is presented.
Are you a morning person or night owl?
NEITHER lol (forced to be a morning person with early morning sessions)

What's a book? Haha. "How To Think Like A Champion"
