Chelsea Handler's cannabis tour is coming to Calgary next month

Political activism, culture and cannabis are just a few of the hot topics that will be covered by comedian Chelsea Handler in Calgary this September.

Titled ‘A Civilized Conversation With Chelsea Handler,’ the Calgary event is part of her Canadian tour which includes seven live town halls across Canada this fall, taking place on September 20 at Mount Royal University’s Bella Concert Hall.

The nation-wide speaking tour is modelled after the town hall events Handler has been doing in cities across the US, centred around social and political activism.

With a social media following of over 15 million through her social channels, she is an outspoken champion for human rights and the fight against injustice and inequality.
