Calgary mayoral candidates will face off Tuesday evening in a forum at Mount Royal University.

The Student’s Association said students are impacted by a wide variety of issues such as transportation, housing, food security, and the cost of living.

The candidates for mayor will take questions from social media and the audience.

The event starts at 5 p.m. in the Riddell Library and Learning Centre.

There are ten unofficial candidates for mayor including current mayor Naheed Nenshi who is seeking re-election.
